We think deeper by training and by nature. At Prism Counseling & Coaching, our team comes from backgrounds in counseling and coaching (hence the name), which means we approach tools like DISC differently than most. We are not satisfied with surface-level behavioral descriptions. We want to know what drives the behavior, and what gets in the way of growth.

Our model goes further. Most DISC tools give you a behavioral snapshot. Ours integrates a two-part model of personality:

2. Character
   The emotional intelligence, adaptability, and growth you cultivate over time

The result is a more complete picture of who you are and who you are capable of becoming. It is not a psychotherapeutic tool and does not assess mental illness, but it does take your emotional health seriously in a way most assessments simply do not.
