Thank you for visiting and shopping with Prism Counseling & Coaching. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Prism Counseling & Coaching ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Prism Counseling & Coaching is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Prism Counseling & Coaching is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy
Digital Products and Assessments
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of our digital products, including assessments. However, due to the nature of our digital products, once an assessment has been purchased and provided to you, we are unable to offer any refunds. Please note that by purchasing our digital products, you agree to this refund policy. We understand that you may have questions or concerns about your purchase, so we encourage you to contact our customer support team at any time if you experience any issues or need assistance. Our team is available to provide you with guidance and support to ensure that you receive the full benefits of our products.
Online Course
If you are enrolled in the Christian DISC® Certification Course, are not satisfied with the program, and are still within 30 days of your original purchase date, your request for a refund will be honored, no questions asked. You can request it here.
Subscriptions
We offer subscription-based services that provide access to premium content and features. Once a subscription fee has been paid, we are unable to offer any refunds. Please note that by subscribing to our services, you agree to this no refunds policy. It is a customer’s responsibility to cancel payments authorized through PayPal or Stripe. If you decide to cancel your membership and discontinue using our products, please remember to login to your PayPal and cancel the authorization. (see instruction here for Paypal). For payments made through Stripe, you’ll need to contact us directly. If you have any questions or concerns about your subscription, please contact our customer support team for assistance. We are committed to providing you with excellent customer service and will do our best to resolve any issues you may encounter.
Physical Products
If you wish to return a physical product purchased from our website , please contact us. We will process your request and provide you with a return form that we will ask you complete and include with your return. Please use the original packaging, if possible. Kindly include the return form and item(s) to be returned in a sealed package. We recommend using protective packing materials to minimize any damage to the product(s). Please remove any other labels from the package.
For your protection, and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured USPS Parcel Post and retain the receipt for your records. Please note: Prism Counseling & CoachingC, is not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.

When You Can Expect to Receive a Refund on Physical Products
Processing time for returns of physical products is usually 7-14 business days from the time the returned package is received by us. Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will send you an email confirmation to let you know we’ve received your package and are processing your refund. We are happy to refund the purchase price for the item(s) – plus any taxes paid, less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already provided in connection with the purchase. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, cannot be refunded.
