Live Group Training
Online via Zoom or In-person (Phoenix area only)
Your team has taken the DISC. Now what?
Knowing your type is just the starting point. Live group training is where the real work happens, where individual results get translated into team strategy, and where insights about communication and conflict stop being abstract and start being actionable. You don't have to become a DISC expert to get full value out of the assessment. We'll do that part for you.
Every live training is built around your team's actual results. A certified DISC facilitator leads your group through personalized insights, interactive exercises, and real-time discussion—covering the topics, challenges, and goals most relevant to where your team is right now.
