Games and ActivitiesThese icebreakers and games are designed to help participants become familiar with the DISC model while fostering open discussions about how understanding personality types can enhance communication, collaboration, and unity within a group.
Leaders can use the following icebreakers and games to introduce or reinforce the DISC model in group settings, making the learning process engaging and interactive. These activities are most effective when the basic principles of the DISC model have already been explained during a workshop or seminar. |
DISC BINGOPrint and distribute our custom BINGO card, which features various characteristics from the four DISC personality types. This interactive activity is a fun way to help participants better understand and identify these traits in themselves and others. As participants mingle, they should engage in conversation to discover who among them exhibits the specific traits listed on the card. Once they find someone who matches a particular trait, they should ask that person to sign the corresponding square on their BINGO card.
This activity encourages networking and deeper conversations, as participants must actively listen and connect with each other to complete their cards. The first participant to fill a row, column, or diagonal line on their BINGO card wins the game. This engaging exercise is perfect for team-building events, workshops, or any group setting where you want to promote interaction and a deeper understanding of DISC personality types.
