FAQs
1. How can i Purchase Multiple Assessments for a group?
If you're interested in purchasing multiple assessments, we offer group discounts. When you order 20 or more assessments, the price per assessment is reduced. Check out our discounted group package for more. The group package comes with your own dashboard where you can send assessments directly to your people and receive results for every member in your group.
2. I'm not with a group — can I take the DISC on my own?
Certainly! While the DISC is more powerful when combined with a group, it's absolutely accessible and beneficial for individuals. If you're not part of a larger group, consider taking it with your spouse or partner. Doing so can offer additional insights into your relationship dynamics, helping both of you understand each other's strengths, growth areas, and personality inclinations more deeply. Whether you're journeying solo, with a partner, or as part of a group, the DISC offers a pathway to deeper self-awareness.
3. I Never Received My Assessment or Report.
When you purchase an assessment, you should receive an email with a link to take the assessment within 5 to 10 minutes. Be sure to check your spam folder — sometimes it ends up there. If you completed the assessment but didn't receive your results by email, be sure to also check your spam folder. If you still can't find either email, contact us and a member of our team will be in touch to help you.
4. Is This the Original Version of the DISC?
No single entity owns the DISC Assessment. Over the decades, many publishers have created their own versions of the DISC, each with unique features, interpretations, and applications. Most of these variations, including ours, are based on the foundational work of psychologist William Moulton Marston, who first introduced the DISC theory in the 1920s, as well as the research of William Clarke, who further expanded and popularized the model.
Our version of the DISC is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of personality by integrating several key elements. Like many other DISC publishers, we draw on Marston and Clarke’s research, but we also combine this with the personality theory of David Keirsey, known for his work on temperament and character. Additionally, we incorporate insights into emotional intelligence as proposed by Daniel Goleman, offering a more complete picture of how character and personality intersect. Our version adheres to the core principles of the DISC model while integrating modern psychological theories to provide a deeper understanding of personality, relationships, and behavior.

5. What if I Feel Like My Assessment Results Aren't Accurate?
If you feel that your DISC results don't accurately reflect your personality or characteristics, we understand your concerns. Firstly, for those who've purchased an assessment and have reservations about its accuracy, we offer the option to retake it. A fresh reflection and response to the questions might provide results that resonate more closely with your self-perception.
It's also important to note that common errors can sometimes affect the outcome of any DISC Assessment. At times, individuals may subconsciously respond based on how they believe they should be, rather than answering according to their true nature. Influences like your current emotional states or specific life circumstances can also shape responses. After considering a retake, discussing your results with someone familiar with the DISC framework (such as a coach, consultant, or friend) who can often offer additional clarity. They might help highlight aspects that align with their perception of you or affirm areas of potential misalignment.
Remember that the DISC is designed as a tool to facilitate these types of discussions, which is where its insights can be fully unpacked and explored. If you have already completed the assessment and would like to submit a request to retake it, contact us.
