Who We Are

DISC Assess is a project of Prism Counseling & Coaching. We are a counseling and training practice based in Phoenix, Arizona, and we’ve been serving individuals, families, and professionals since 2012. Most of our work has taken place in real conversations, sitting with people, helping them navigate relationships, leadership challenges, and personal growth. Over time, that work led us to develop our own version of the DISC assessment, designed to be practical, clear, and useful in everyday settings. Today, it’s used by individuals and teams around the world.
Our work with the DISC didn’t start as a product. It started as something we used with our own clients. We found ourselves wanting something simpler, more intuitive, and easier to apply than what was available. As we developed it, two paths naturally emerged. One became our version of the classic DISC assessment, designed for broad professional use. The other, developed alongside it, became the Christian DISC®, a faith-based version for which we are the sole trademark owner and now the leading provider globally. Both grew out of the same goal, helping people better understand themselves and how they relate to others.
This site is our way of making that accessible. Many DISC platforms are expensive or overly complicated. We wanted something that people could actually use without needing extensive training or credentialing. Our platform includes a streamlined admin portal that allows organizations to manage assessments, facilitate team conversations, and apply insights in real time. Our work is also shaped by our involvement with ACPE, the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education, where we help train care providers through mental health training programs. That same focus on clarity, depth, and real-world application is built into everything we’ve created here.
